Venusnap merchandise is primarily earned through platform engagement. Complete creative challenges, build meaningful albums, contribute to the community, or invite friends to join. Each item has specific requirements you can track in your checklist.
Some limited items are available for direct purchase, with proceeds supporting community events and platform development.
Can I purchase merchandise directly?
Select merchandise items are available for direct purchase. These are typically limited edition pieces or items where proceeds fund specific community initiatives. Look for items marked "Available to Buy" or with a purchase price displayed.
Most exclusive items are only available through our earn-based system to reward our most engaged community members.
What happens after I complete a merchandise checklist?
Once you complete all requirements in a merchandise checklist:
- You'll receive a notification in the Venusnap app
- Your merchandise will be marked as "Ready to Claim"
- You'll be prompted to provide shipping details
- We'll process and ship your item within 7-10 business days
- You'll receive tracking information via email
Shipping is free for all earned merchandise.
Do merchandise items ever restock?
It depends on the item type:
- Earn-based items: Always available as long as you meet requirements
- Limited edition: One-time production runs, won't be restocked
- Seasonal items: May return in future seasons with variations
- Contributor packs: Always available to active contributors
We recommend earning or purchasing desired items when available.
