"Album" refers to a collection of Content organized around a specific theme or purpose within Venusnap.
"Venusnap Points" refers to the platform's virtual currency used to access premium features.

To use Venusnap, you must:

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
Not be barred from receiving our Services under applicable laws

Promoting Venusnap and your Content within the platform
To enhance user experience, Venusnap may automatically create default Albums using your profile information. These features help new users start creating content quickly.
User Control
You retain full ownership and control of auto-created Albums
You may edit, rename, or delete them at any time
Automated suggestions are optional — you choose what to keep
AI and Personalization
Some features may use AI to personalize your experience:
AI-generated content is for convenience only
Review all auto-generated content before sharing
AI content does not represent our views or endorsements
By using Venusnap, you consent to these personalization features for onboarding and enhancement purposes.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Venusnap to:
Content Violations
Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
Share hate speech, harassment, or threats
Post sexually explicit material without appropriate warnings
Share false, misleading, or deceptive information
Violate others' privacy or publicity rights
Platform Abuse
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Use automated means without permission
Disrupt service or overwhelm infrastructure
Circumvent security or access controls
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
User Interactions
Harass, stalk, or intimidate others
Impersonate others without authorization
Collect user information without consent
Engage in spamming or phishing
Share account credentials
Commercial Restrictions

All rights, title, and interest in Venusnap (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Quixnes. This includes:
Software, code, and algorithms
Designs, graphics, and interfaces
Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
Documentation and know-how
You receive no ownership rights to our intellectual property.
License to You
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
Access and use Venusnap for personal/non-commercial purposes
Use platform features as intended
This license terminates if you violate these Terms.
Trademark Use
You may not use our trademarks without written permission. This includes:
In domain names or social media handles
In advertising or promotional materials
In ways suggesting endorsement or affiliation

14. Venusnap Points Policy
Nature of Points
Digital currency for platform features only
No cash value or real-world redemption
Non-transferable between accounts
Subject to platform availability
Usage Terms
Point expenditures are final
No refunds for unused Points
We may limit Point accumulation
Features requiring Points may change
Expiration & Forfeiture
Points may expire after 24 months of inactivity
Terminated accounts forfeit Points
We may revoke Points for abuse or fraud
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Sell, trade, or transfer Points
Use Points for unauthorized purposes
Manipulate Point systems
Acquire Points through unauthorized means

15. Disclaimer of Warranties
VENUSNAP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION
ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
SECURITY FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT VENUSNAP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
